CLASS
Friday April 25th, Half-Day
This class will teach attendees what they need to know in order to run a quality controlled lab of vanilla beans and vanilla extract.
The class will introduce all of the equipment needed, protocols, and the details of calculations (for example moisture content of vanilla beans, vanillin content of vanilla beans and vanilla extract, etc).

Students are encouraged to bring a poster with them and to send us an abstract as soon as possible.
Tables are available to display your company's information, limited tables available. First come, first served.
While there are no formal trips planned after the meeting, access to and from New York City is very easy from the meeting's location.
